110 Series: .312 in. x .468 in. D-Shaped Rubber Seal

The Trim-Lok Series 110 D-Shaped is an adhesive foam weather stripping available in a specially designed shape made from custom-formulated EPDM sponge rubber compound.

Custom order your .312" x .468” EPDM sponge rubber seal with HT standard pressure-sensitive adhesive, BT 3M tape, or no tape to meet a variety of needs and applications, including window seals, door seals and more.

Our BT and HT color options include black and off-white. Our no-tape option is available in black. Choose from a single or dual roll depending on product type.

• "BT" Pressure-Sensitive This 3M acrylic, automotive-grade tape creates the ultimate bond to the rubber and the ultimate bond to the substrate. It creates a moisture barrier and airtight seal between rubber and substrate. With the highest peel and shear resistance, it can be used under high loads of stress and force. It has low initial tack for easy re-positioning during installation and needs 72 hours of cure time to come to full bond strength. It is rated for good heat performance from -20°F to 158°F.
• "HT" Pressure-Sensitive Adhesive This acrylic-based adhesive is best used to hold the rubber seal in place while installing it in a static application or compressed between two stationary objects. It may be used in some light-duty dynamic applications against a variety of substrates. It is rated for good heat performance from -20°F to 158°F. Please note: During application, the ambient temperature must be above 60°F.
